FAQ

Where does the data come from?

Only from media kits, rate cards and advertising pages that publishers and associations publish openly on their own websites. Every row links to its source document and the date it was checked.

How current are the rates?

Each row carries the rate-card year stated by the publisher (most are 2026; a few are 2025 or 2025–26 kits) plus our check date. Rates change — always confirm with the publisher before booking.

Why are some CPMs missing or flagged?

We only compute CPM when the publisher states both a list size and what the price covers (one issue, a month of sends, etc.). When a figure is a membership count rather than a list size, or the basis is ambiguous, we leave it blank or flag it as an estimate. We never invent numbers.

Do you include big commercial publishers?

Where they publish rates publicly, yes. Many large commercial trade publishers only share rates on request, so coverage today is strongest for associations, societies and independent newsletters.

Does it include contact names?

No. We link to each publisher's general advertising or contact page — no personal names or email addresses.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes. The plan is an annual subscription; you can turn off renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid year. If you're not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
