Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These terms apply to your use of ratecardhealth.com and to any purchase of RateCard Health ("we", "us"), an independent data product run by a solo founder. By using the site or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms.

The product

RateCard Health is a digital product: a database of advertising rates published by healthcare business-to-business trade publications, associations and newsletters (for example e-newsletter, display and derived CPM figures). It is delivered online through access to the database and a CSV download. Nothing physical is shipped.

Purchases and payment

Orders are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Creem handles checkout, payment, applicable taxes and invoicing, and its own terms apply to the payment transaction. Prices are shown on the site at checkout.

Subscription and renewal

The plan is an annual subscription. Your access starts right after purchase and lasts for one year. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews for another year at the price shown at checkout or as notified to you in advance. You can cancel renewal at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid year.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full. Refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

Where the data comes from, and its limits

The data is compiled from media kits, rate cards and advertising pages that publishers make publicly available on their own websites. Each entry shows its source and the date we checked it. Figures such as prices, circulation and open rates are reproduced as published and are not audited by us. Derived CPMs are our own calculations and are labeled when they rely on assumptions. Rates change, so always confirm with the publisher before you book. The product is provided "as is" for informational purposes, without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

RateCard Health is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any publication listed. Publication names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Licence and acceptable use

Your subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the data for your own or your organization's internal media planning and research, including sharing results within your team or with clients you plan media for. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the database or substantial parts of it, or share your access with people outside your organization.

Updates and changes to the product

We add and refresh entries during your subscription year. We may change, add or remove content and features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on the data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator of RateCard Health is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the "Last updated" date above; material changes will not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.
